Sheet A1.0: Parking shall not block the exit door. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly. Strikeout parking space as “NO PARKING”. Detectable warning: Please provide detail to show 3-ft strip detectable warning complying with 11B-705.1.1 and 11B-705.1.2.2Sheet A1.2: Plan Legend: Please clearly referend to sheet A6.1 for door schedule. Plan shall be stamped, signed and dated by the architect. Wall detail referenced to sheet A6.1 was not applicable. Please revise detail reference to sheet A5.1. Sheet A1.1: Exiting Plan / Egress PlanParking shall not block the exit door. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly. Please show common path travel distance on the plan – 100-ft maximum (for sprinklered building). Egress shall not pass through an adjoining space, such as storage room, agricultural rooms, dry room, fertilization room, etc. Please revise plan to create a corridor continuous to the exit doorways. Please coordinate and revise floor plan, MEP plans accordingly. Sheet A4.1:Accessible restrooms: Please show door not encroachmore than 12” into the 60” turning circle. The Exception 2 of Section 11B-603.2.3 allow the door swing into the clear floor space but not the turning space required per section 11B-304. Door swing should still maintain clearance for wheelchair turning space. Please show/provide minimum 60” clear floor space for the water closet, measured from the side wall to the edge of the sink. A minimum 60” wide x 48 inches deep maneuvering space shall be provided in front of the water closet. Please coordinate required floor clearances with the actual fixtures dimensions. It appears that the restrooms would not accommodate all the required clearances. (11B-604.3)
