PLAN CHECK COMMENTS All submitted drawings and supporting documents (including the design is shown on either SP or Landscape sheets) shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect or registered professional engineer. (CBC 107.1 and 107.3.4.1). ARCHITECTURAL Sheet SP-001. Revise sheet index to list all sheet number and description of each sheet. Missing sheet SPS-100 and SPS-101. Obtain building permit for all fence walls enclosing the pool. Structural design is required. Provide missing architectural detail for the pool enclosure: Cabana wall. Refer to plan on sheet LC.3. The note #3.5 for detail A.LC.11. Accent wall. Refer to plan on sheet LC.3. The note #1.3 for detail A.LC.16. EGRESS Posting of Occupant Loads (CBC 1004.9): Show location of the occupant load sign on plan.The enclosed pool area that is used for an assembly purpose shall have the capacity of the space posted in a conspicuous place on an approved sign near the main exit or exit-access doorway.Per building egress design, total 193 occupant load (166+27=193) is within the enclosed pool area. ACCESSIBILITY None. STRUCTURAL All structural drawings and structural calculation shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect or registered professional engineer.
