Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.

Project Information: Sprinkler type 13D does not qualify for travel distance increase. Please revise maximum travel distance accordingly. Please note on plan: Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical are not part of this plan review and approval. Referenced Grading Plan sheet 2 of 6: the area (sheet 4) at the single family dwelling units is not part of this permit application – Please note on plan “Not a part”. Grading Plan sheet 4 of 6: This area is not part of this permit application and plan review – Please omit.Please show required dimensions for the accessible parking and access aisle. Show accessible van parking space; the accessible aisle shall be located on the passenger side. Grading Plan sheet 5 of 6: Please clearly show location of the accessible restroom. Sheet S0.1: Please add the following notes onto the plan – The force for pushing or pulling open a door shall be 5-lb maximum. Operable parts shall be operable with one hand and shall not require tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist. Ceiling finish: Please provide detail to show ceiling finish material and structural details for the ceiling finish. Grading plans shall be stamped, signed and dated by a licensed civil engineer registered in the State of California. The building permit for the temporary sale office shall not be issued prior to the issuance of the townhome permit.
