The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
Occupancy Groups: Please specify R-2 for apartment buildings.
Plans for permit number 101105810 & 5813: Please revise job address to reflect suite number (#13, #15). These two suites can be on the same set of plans.
Permit number 101105811 & 5812: These two suites can be on the same set of plans.
Site plan: Please show distance between centerline of the public alley to the proposed deck support columns/beams (10-ft minimum).
Provide a typical detail to show connection of new deck joists to existing wall where required.
