First Review Comments: Revise the governing code to 2019 California Building Code under the Applicable Codes section. City of Santa Ana does not enforce the 2010 ADA standards on commercial buildings.
Second Review Comments: This is not a public housing project. Erase the note “Accessibility to Public Housing”.
First Review Comments: Provide the following building information: construction type, occupancy group, and the type of sprinkler system.
