MEP are under a separate review. 2nd Review Comment: Could not locate note on plan. Please add note on plan “Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing are not part of this plan review and approval. MEP are under a separate review.”2nd Review Comment: Please specify on the plan: Every Cannabis Business shall implement adequate ventilation system and odor control filtration measures to prevent odors from inside the cannabis facility from being detected outside the cannabis facility, to include building and the unit. A licensed Mechanical engineer shall design the system that is capable of preventing odors from inside the cannabis facility from being detected outside the cannabis facility.Sheet A1:Accessible route: on the plan, please clearly show/provide detectable warning on the accessible path of travel, where required. (11B-247.1.2)2nd Review Comment: Response was insufficient. Truncated domes are not required at the pedestrian path in front of the parking spaces. Please revise plan to provide detectable warning (truncate dome) extending from the building wall to the fence and relocate gate. Referenced detail 1/AD1: Enlarged plan – Please show detectable warning where required. If a walk crosses or adjoins a vehicular way, and the walking surfaces are not separated by curbs, railings or other elements between the pedestrian areas and vehicular areas, the boundary between the areas shall be defined by a continuous detectable warning complying with Sections 11B-705.1.1 and 11B-705.1.2.5.2nd Review Comment: Please revise detail to include the fence and gate. Remove truncated domes at the front of the parking spaces and provide 3-ft truncate domes strip extending from the building wall to the fence. Sheet A3: The exit plan was insufficient. Please revise plan with the following considerationsPlease show/provide occupant load calculation for each room/space. Flower rooms: a second exit doors are required for the flower rooms. The maximum travel distance for space with one exit is 100-ft (building with sprinkler). 2nd Review Comment: Please provide the following: Flower room 1: the distance between the two exit doors shall be minimum one-third of the diagonal distance of the room. VEG room: Minimum two exits are required for the VEG room. Clone Room: Please provide a separate exit for the Clone room, open directly to the hallway. Flower Room 2: Creating a new hallway at the flower room may be required (see comment c below). Reminder – two exit doors are required for the flower room #2. See marked-up on sheet A2 & A3 for clarity. Please coordinate and revise all other plans, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans. Minimum two distinct exit access shall be required for proposed space. Egress shall not pass through a storage room, utility room, and/or space used for similar purposes.2nd Review Comment: Two distinct exit access shall be required. Exit through the storage room and “DISTRI” area are insufficient. New hallway shall be created to connect with Hallway 104 and leading to exterior exit door 123. Reminder: On the plan, please show/provide tactile exit sign at each exit door. Reminder:Exit shall be continuous and unobstructed to a public way. Sheet A4:Insulated prefabricated wall panel: On the plan, please provide ICC/UL listing report number for the prefabricated wall panel. Provide panel shop drawings and specification on the plan. 2nd Review Comment: Please provide calculation for insulated wall attachment/anchorage at slab and ceiling. Provide details and clearly cross-reference onto the plan. Drinking fountain shall be accessible to persons with disabilities. Provide details to show compliance with Section 11B-602. 2nd Review Comment: Detail D/AD2 was incomplete. Please revise detail to show drinking fountain for people on wheelchair (low) and for people standing (high). Per Section 11B-602. Show all required dimensions, including spout location. Sheet A6: Provide panel shop drawings and specification on the plan. 2nd Review Comment: Please provide calculation for insulated wall attachment/anchorage at slab and ceiling.
