Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Reminder: Architect of record shall stamped, signed and dated on each sheet of plans. Sheet A1.0: Parking shall not block the exit door. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly. Strikeout parking space as “NO PARKING”. 3rd Review Comment: Please revise plan to show marking/stripes for the space none-parking space. Sheet A1.1: Exiting Plan / Egress PlanParking shall not block the exit door. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly. 3rd Review Comment: Please revise plan to show marking/stripes for the space none-parking space.Egress shall not pass through an adjoining space, such as storage room, agricultural rooms, dry room, fertilization room, etc. Please revise plan to create a corridor continuous to the exit doorways. 3rd Review Comment: Please provide the following – Egress shall not go through the storage room – please remove the exit sign leading to the storage room. Provide additional exit signs at the corridor, on the other end of the corridor. Corridor leading to the vestibule – Please revise plan to show door swing in the direction of the egress, and provide exit sign on the corridor side, include the tactile sign. Exit door out to the existing storage shed: Exit cannot discharge into the storage shed structure. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly. Reminder: Please coordinate and revise floor plan, MEP plans accordingly. Sheet A4.1:3rd Review Comment: Plan must legible. Could not verify information required below since the plan was not legible. Comments remain applicable. Accessible restrooms: Please show door not encroachmore than 12” into the 60” turning circle. The Exception 2 of Section 11B-603.2.3 allow the door swing into the clear floor space but not the turning space required per section 11B-304. Door swing should still maintain clearance for wheelchair turning space. Please show/provide minimum 60” clear floor space for the water closet, measured from the side wall to the edge of the sink. A minimum 60” wide x 48 inches deep maneuvering space shall be provided in front of the water closet. Please coordinate required floor clearances with the actual fixtures dimensions. It appears that the restrooms would not accommodate all the required clearances. (11B-604.3)Additional Comments: Roof plan with new mechanical roof top unit: Please provide structural frames, details and calculation for the support of the roof top unit. It appears that there will be only one tenant space on this building. Please verify and revise plan to remove “Suite B” off the plan. All sheets. If new opening is created in existing exterior wall, structural calculation and details are required.
