Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet A0.1: Please add the following notes onto the plan: Every Cannabis Business shall implement adequate ventilation system and odor control filtration measures to prevent odors from inside the cannabis facility from being detected outside the cannabis facility, to include building and the unit. A licensed Mechanical engineer shall design the system that is capable of preventing odors from inside the cannabis facility from being detected outside the cannabis facility.Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing are not part of this plan review and approval. MEP are under separate permit applications. On the plan, please clarify whether there will be any growing or processing products on the premise. Occupancy classification: Please coordinate and revise occupancy classification – Please specify S-1 for warehouse area, M and B for the office and retail spaces; otherwise occupancy separation may be required per Table 508.4. Sheet A0.4: Warehouse 100: Please clearly show openings in new all for means of egress. On the plan, please clearly show/provide accessible restrooms. Provide restroom plans and details to show compliance with Section 11B-Division 6, including the restroom with shower. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Sheet A1.0: Referenced detail 3/A1.1: Please revise detail to show minimum wall-mounted sign at 60” height minimum. Please provide/show barrier between pedestrian walkway and the parking area (guardrails may be considered). Parking space and ramp: The area in front of the access aisle of the parking should be level (2% maximum on all directions). Please provide detail of curb ramp to show line of top and bottom of ramp. Sheet A1.2: Please clearly show openings between warehouse 100 and delivery processing 101. Since the two suites are now combined into one suite (space), for clarity, please show means of egress for the area of the right side. Sheet A2.1: Referenced detail 1/A0.3C: Please revise restroom plan to show 60” clear floor space for the water closet (measured from the side wall to the edge of the sink). Since the two suites are combined into one space, the existing restroom with shower shall be made accessible to person with disability. 20% rule may be applied. Contact plan check engineer for accessible upgrade summary form. Keynote 11: Please provide detail attachment and support for the scissor gate system. Keynote 18: Please provide detail for the secured access doors – show door/gate size and hardware. Gate must be accessible. Provide gate detail/elevations. New opening between warehouse and showroom: Please provide structural details for the new opening in existing wall.
