Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuancePlease provide roof plan.Show weight and model of existing unit that is replaced.Provide structural calculations and drawings, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer for: - New mechanical equipment on roof (note on Roof Framing Plan weight of each existing and new piece of equipment on the roof)Show thickness of roof slab on the drawings.Please verify if the new unit placed over the existing curb or new curb.For the new curb, provide calculation and show existing roof framing can carry the load from the new Unit .Show existing concrete roof can take downward reaction per sheet # C2 calculation.Anchor spacing detail 3 of sheet S1-42 of the calculation doesn’t match calculation on sheet 2.1, please revise accordingly.Show number of anchors required per calculation on the drawings.
