The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.

Sheet A-1: Please provide job description to specify legalizing the existing patio cover with fire-place and existing storage structure. Sheet A-3: Please provide structural plans, details and calculation for the storage structure. Sheet S-1: New ceiling ties – Please specify spacing of ceiling ties at 24” on center (match structural calculation). Sheet S-1: spacing of roof rafter and ceiling joist (tie) – Please coordinate framing plan with patio floor plan and Section A on sheet A-2. Verify spacing of roof rafters existing vs. new and review plans accordingly. Revise structural calculation as necessary. Please provide calculation for the freestanding masonry fireplace and chimney.
