Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet A-1.00: Construction type: Please revise construction type to show type III-B. Unlimited floor area: Please revise site plan to show all four sides with minimum 60-ft setback from property line or public street for qualifying unlimited floor area. Please provide plumbing fixture calculation to show required and provided plumbing fixtures per 2019 California Plumbing Code. Sheet A-2.11: Truncated dome provided in front of the parking access aisles are incorrect – Please remove. Detectable warning (truncated dome) should be placed/provided at the bottom landing of the ramp where the pedestrian crosses the vehicle area. 3-ft minimum measured in the direction of travel. It appears there were a typo for the dimensions at the Van parking space and access aisle. Please revise dimensions accordingly. Please provide detectable warning at the pedestrian walkway from the street cross the parking. Sheet A-2.21: Existing stairways: Please show handrails with handrail extension at top and bottom landing. Provide/show required contrast stripe at stairway treads. Ramp: Please show minimum 72” level landing at the bottom landing of the ramp. Show truncated dome at the bottom landing. On the plan, please clearly indicate/show lines of starting and end of ramp. Please specify ramp slope. Top landing: Please provide/show 60” clear landing, measure in the direction of travel. Please revise ramp landing at top of ramp. At intermediate landing: Please show handrail extension horizontally at the landing. (See marked up plan for clarity).Top ramp: Please check dimension of ramp length – it appears to be a typo. Top landing: Please show handrail extension 12” before returning to wall/post. Sheet A-3.11: Please show dimensions for wall and wall openings. Plan shall be drawn to scale. Please clearly label existing vs. new construction. Please clearly specify the use of each space. Clearly specify doors and provide door schedule, including door hardware. For clarity, please show existing wall to be remove on the existing floor plan. The proposed floor plan should show the existing and new walls only. Wall Legend: Please provide wall legend for existing exterior concrete wall. Please provide construction details for the new wall. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Egress Plan Please provide a complete egress plan for the entire building. Specify the use of each space and provide occupant load calculation for each space. Plan was incomplete. Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal. Additional comments and plan check fees are required. Sheet A-3.12: Accessible restrooms: Please show/provide 60” turning space at the common circulation area. Women’s Restroom: Please provide minimum 44” clear access between the sink and water closet wall (36” clear minimum was insufficient). Please show door schedule and accessible signage and symbol. Accessible water closet shall be located at a distance of 17”-18”, measured from centerline of the fixture to the adjacent wall. Please revise elevation details. Please provide detail for urinal in compliance with 11B-605. Ceiling Reflected Plan: Please provide a reflected ceiling plan showing ceiling types and provide ceiling details. Details shall be clearly cross-reference onto the plan. **PLAN WAS INCOMPLETE. PLAN REVIEW WILL CONTINUE AT TIME OF RESUBMITTAL. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AND ADDITION PLAN CHECK FEE ARE REQUIRED.
