The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
Submit the following updated sheets for plan review:
Sheet AS-1. Show actual dimensions from the lot line to the face of the exterior wall. The submitted drawing shows 4’-6” instead of 5 feet. All the information on the previous approved AS-1 must be available on the newly updated sheets.
Sheet A4-0. Provide 1-hour wall and eave underside protection on plan where within 5 feet to the lot line, located at the south building exterior wall (hallway+ master bedroom + master bathroom). Cross-reference detail (02/AD-3) to the building cross-sections (1/A4-0, 3/A4-0). All the information on the previous approved A4-0 must be available on the newly updated sheets.
