Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet A-1.00: Unlimited floor area: Please revise site plan to show all four sides with minimum 60-ft setback from property line or public street for qualifying unlimited floor area. 2nd Review Comment: The 60-ft clear on the west side was not correct; the train rail track is not a public easement. Please revise Project Data to not show the unlimited floor area statement. Please provide plumbing fixture calculation to show required and provided plumbing fixtures per 2019 California Plumbing Code. 2nd Review Comment: Sheet A-3.12 – Please revise plumbing fixture calculation to include the required fixtures from the warehouse area and mezzanine area. The total provided plumbing fixtures shall comply with the California Plumbing Code. Sheet A-2.21: Existing stairways: Please show handrails with handrail extension at top and bottom landing. 2nd Review Comment:Stairway section detail on sheet A-2.11 and A2-21 – Please revise details to provide dimension of 12” minimum handrail extension in horizontal plane. Ramp: At intermediate landing: Please show handrail extension horizontally at the landing. (See marked up plan for clarity).2nd Review Comment: Sheet A-2.21 – Please revise ramp layout to provide minimum 5-ft landing at the top of the first ramp section and show 12” handrail extension. Sheet A-3.11: Please clearly label existing vs. new construction. 2nd Review Comment: Please revise plan to show existing and new construction to match with wall legend. Clearly specify doors and provide door schedule, including door hardware. 2nd Review Comment: Response was incomplete. Please provide door schedule, including the new and existing doors. Egress Plan Please provide a complete egress plan for the entire building. 2nd Review Comment: Two exits are required for the office areas – The location of the required exits shall be placed minimum 1/3 distance of the diagonal distance of the office areas. Plan was incomplete. Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal. Additional comments and plan check fees are required. Sheet A-3.12: Please show door schedule and accessible signage and symbol. 2nd Review Comment: Please comply. Ceiling Reflected Plan: Please provide a reflected ceiling plan showing ceiling types and provide ceiling details. Details shall be clearly cross-reference onto the plan. 2nd Review Comment: Please provide/show reflected ceiling plan and details for the office area, including the restroom. Clearly show existing vs. new. **PLAN WAS INCOMPLETE. PLAN REVIEW WILL CONTINUE AT TIME OF RESUBMITTAL. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AND ADDITION PLAN CHECK FEE ARE REQUIRED.
