Please provide the following: The restroom at the retail sale space shall be made accessible. Please provide restroom plan to show restroom incompliance with Chapter 11B, Division 6: Show 60” turning circle. Door shall not encroach more than 12” into the turning circle. Show minimum 60” clear space for the water closet, measured from the side wall to the edge the sink, and 48” clear in front of the water closet. Water closet shall locate at a distance of 17”-18” from the wall, measured to the centerline of the water closet. The restrooms at Hallway did not comply with the accessibility requirement. Please provide signage at noncompliance restrooms to show / direct people to the accessible restroom.
