The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- School District Compliance Certificate; and a copy of the building permit application, signed by the plan check engineer, shall be required by the School District to verify the scope of the work.
-Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840).
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
Sheet A1:
On the plan, please clearly label Property Line (PL) on all three sides (sides and rear).
On the plan, please include the half address (1/2) for the proposed ADU. Apply to all sheets.
Sheet A2:
Detail 7: Please revise detail to show fire-rated wall extended to the underside of roof sheathing.
Plan shall be drawn to scale. Plans did not reflect ¼”: 1’ as showed. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly.
Sliding door DR4 – Please specify tempered glass.
Please must legible. Please increase font sizes.
Sheet A3:
New roofing: On the plan, please specify ICC report number and maximum weight for the title roof.
Sheet S-1:
Please provide detail to show end support of ceiling beam (3) to post and to header. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan.
