Please see corrections on submitted plans. Red marked set must be returned with revised plans. Plans resubmitted without the red markup set may result in delayed review time and additional plancheck fees.
Drawings and all construction documents shall sign by the engineer of record.
Provide weight and dimension of each panel on the drawings.
Provide complete dimensioned roof framing plan , show location of each attachment (with dimension) on the roof plan.
Justify existing roof rafters can take load from uplift. ( show number of attachments to the each rafter)
Justify the connection roof rafter to the walls can take the uplift.
