All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Plan paper size: Please provide minimum paper size of 18”x24”. Plan was incomplete. Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal. Additional comments will be required. Please provide a full size site plan showing property lines, streets, north arrow, location of subject building, and all buildings located on the same lot. On the plan, please show/provide an accessible path of travel, from the public sidewalk to the building accessible primary entrance. On the plan, please show/provide accessible parking stall(s) and locate on an accessible route to the building entrance. Provide details and clearly cross-reference detail onto the plan. On the plan, please clearly show concrete curb, curb ramp, and detectable warning where occurred. Sheet 1: Please provide the following information on the first sheetCodes: Please specify 2019 California Energy Code (not residential). On the plan, please provide Occupancy Groups; Type of Construction; Automatic Sprinklered, building floor area, and number of story. Scope of Work: Please note on plan “Not For Occupancy”. Note on plan: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing are under separate permit application. Sheet 2: Restrooms shall be made accessible to persons with disabilities. Please provide restrooms to show conformance with Chapter 11B, Division 6. In example, turning space, fixture clear floor spaces, fixtures locations, grab bars, “all-gender” restroom door symbol, etc. Please provide egress/exit plan showing means of egress for both units in compliance with Chapter 10, CBC. New wall construction: Please specify ICC / UL listing number for the metal wall studs. Please specify stud size, and spacing. On the plan, please specify faster type and sizes, and spacing. Show wall finishing and insulation. Plan was incomplete. Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal, and additional comment may be required.
