Revise the maximum slope of accessible pedestrian walk from 8.3% to 5%.PC2: The design does not comply as an accessible ramp. Provide fully accessible ramp design, elevations, and details with dimensions on the plan per 11B-405. A note alone on plan is not acceptable. (e.g. landings, handrails, edge protection…). Please note that there is no room for top (minimum 60”x60”) and bottom landing for the ramp (minimum 72”x60”). It is not allowed to use public sidewalk as part of the landing. It is recommend to design as an accessible route with 5% maximum running slope and 2% cross-slope. Sheet G-101.0. Show 36” minimum wide detectable warnings on plan.Sheet G-101.0. Provide and cross-reference detectable warnings detail on plan. Show compliance with CBC 11B-705.1.PC2: Incorporate Figure 11B-705.1 into plan.Sheet G-104.0.
