Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal. Additional comments will be required. On the plan, please show/provide accessible parking stall(s) and locate on an accessible route to the building entrance. Provide details and clearly cross-reference detail onto the plan. 2nd Review Comment: Curb ramps to accessible parking appeared not comply with the current code requirement. Please update curb ramps to show compliance with the 2019 CBC, 11B. On the plan, please clearly show concrete curb, curb ramp, and detectable warning where occurred. 2nd Review Comment: Curb ramps to accessible parking appeared not comply with the current code requirement. If 20% rule (Section 202.4, exception 8) is used, the City’s Accessible form is required to be completed and imprinted onto the plan. Sheet 2: Restrooms shall be made accessible to persons with disabilities. Please provide restrooms to show conformance with Chapter 11B, Division 6. In example, turning space, fixture clear floor spaces, fixtures locations, grab bars, “all-gender” restroom door symbol, etc. 2nd Review Comment: Restroom detail and information provided on sheet 4 did not comply with chapter 11B, CBC, Division 6. Please review details and revise detail accordingly. New wall construction: Please specify ICC / UL listing number for the metal wall studs. Please specify stud size, and spacing. On the plan, please specify faster type and sizes, and spacing. Show wall finishing and insulation. 2nd Review Comment: Information provided on plan were incomplete. Please provide with the required information above. Sheet 3: Please provide notes for keynote 1, 2, 3, 4 called out on the floor plan. Restroom plan: Please reference to correct detail for restroom plans. Wall construction Detail: Please revise wall to show wall symbol as metal stud (not wood studs). Provide detail to show attachment of new wall to existing roof framing. On the plan, please specify thickness of the metal stud. Plumbing fixtures: Please revise plan to relocate plumbing fixtures for required clear spaces. Sheet 4: Detail 2, 3, 4: Please revise details to clearly specify fastener information for wall construction. Specify stud sizes and spacing. Restrooms: Please relocate plumbing fixture to provide required clear floor space. Revise detail to show restroom accessory complying with 11B, Division 6. Single accommodated restroom door symbol: Restroom shall be specified as All-Gender Restroom and provided with the symbol below: Plan was incomplete.
