CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDMENTSThe applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.Plan check corrections:The Engineer of Record in responsible charge of the structural design of the building shall provide a statement on the truss calculation stating that he or she has reviewed and approved for loads, location, and suitability for intended use. Provide approval stamp with signature from the engineer or architect of record on the truss calculation.Truss repaired details shown in the truss repair calculation shall be incorporated into a full size of drawing, including the following:Framing plans with connection details referenced.Truss repair details.Stamp, date and signature of the truss design engineer.Approval statement, date and signature by the building structural engineer of record.END OF COMMENTS
