The following comments remain unresolved and modified based on the revised plan; please following the instruction below. All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)The building is an assembly building, a licensed architect or registered civil engineer is required. Plans shall be stamped, signed, and dated by a licensed architect or registered civil engineer. Sheet S1: Please note on plan: Accessible path of travel shall be 5% sloped maximum, measured in the direction of travel, 2% maximum cross-sloped, and 48” wide minimum. Sheet S2: New walkway and curb ramp (detail 2/S2): Please specify minimum width of the walkway and curb ramp. New truncated dome must be in yellow color. Please specify on plan. Truncated dome at the new curb ramp: Detectable warnings shall be 36 inches deep, as measured perpendicular to the curb, and the turning space shall provide a minimum 36 inches wide portion without detectable warnings to allow pedestrian travel in the direction of the sidewalk without travelling over the detectable warnings.Exceptions:Where it is technically infeasible to provide a minimum 72 inches wide turning space, as measured perpendicular to the curb, the depth of detectable warnings may be reduced to 24 inches minimum.Sheet A0.0: Ceiling details provided: Please clearly cross-referenced details onto the plan. Sheet A1.1: Relocated door: Please specify door size and door hardware. Panic hardware is required. Existing opening where existing door was removed: Please specify minimum ceiling height; 7’-6” ceiling height is required. Remove of existing door frame may be required. Provide/show new exit tactile signage at new relocated door. Disable Access Compliance Documentation Form: Please use the updated form (see attached email).
