Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Please obtain building permit for the PC#101102569 prior to this permit issuance due to accessibility requirement provided under the permit number 101102569. Architectural plans (sheet G-1.1, G-1.2, A-1.1, A-6.1, A-9.1): Please remove note indicate “NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION”. Architectural plans shall be stamped, signed, and dated by a California licensed architect. Sheet A-1.1: The proposed goat exhibit shall be located on an accessible route. Please show accessible route to the goat exhibit. Structural plans: Plans must be legible and drawn to scale. Please use a larger paper size and adjust plans to be scale.
