The plan check engineer may accept the contract price as the valuation of improvements for unique/unusual projects in lieu of using a cost per square foot basis.Drawings must be to scale and be on 18” x 24” minimum sheets. - Provide a Vicinity Map showing project location - Scale of Drawings must be large enough to ensure legibilityProvide complete roof framing plan( dimensioned) to show roof rafter size, spacing and span.Justify existing roof rafters can take additional load from uplift. (showlocation of each attachment with dimension on roof plan.)Analyze roof rafters’ connection to the wall due to extra uplift load.Provide required fire path with dimensions to sky light, or ventilation hatches around roof access, parapet or roof edge. On calculation please calculate tributary area for each anchor, 29.1sf is area of one panel and each connection is supporting more than one panel.( please revisit calculation)
