Sheet A2.0: Property line at the adjacent building – Please show setback between the trash enclosure and the adjacent building (at the east property line). Full height CMU wall may be required on the east side of the trash enclosure. Sheet A2.0: On the plan, please clearly provide / show an accessible route from each space where the trash enclosure will be served, to the proposed trash enclosure. Sheet A4.0: East Elevation – full height CMU wall may be required based on the setback distance from the adjacent property line (building). CMU wall may be terminated at the steel roof line. Sheet S-1.0: If full-height CMU wall is required at the east elevation per comment above, structural calculation and details for CMU wall higher than 6-ft is required.
