On the site plan: Identify the location of the new exterior exit door, located in the back of the building.Provide bollards and minimum (door width +24”)wide x 5 feet long clearance with striping to provide required clearance of the door landing.Provide minimum 36” wide detectable warnings around the required landing area.PC2: On the (2) exterior doors on the east of the building, provide door landings, detectable warnings on the site plan, complying with the requirements in this comment. Note that door landings may cause restriping the existing parking layout, please contact Planning Division to approve the new parking layout before submitting to Building for recheck.ACCESSIBILITYSheet A00.41. Provide dimensions to show clearance in detail 1. Clearance around a water closet shall be 60 inches minimum measured perpendicular from the sidewall and 56 inches minimum measured perpendicular from the rear wall. A minimum 60 inches wide and 48 inches deep maneuvering space shall be provided in front of the water closet. §11B-604.3.1 (notes alone is not accepted). PC2: Plans are not clear.
