The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
Please provide a site plan showing property lines, all building on the same lot, building that subject to the proposed improvement, etc.
Cover sheet: Please provide/specify building area, type of construction and occupancy group(s) on the plan.
Cover sheet: Specify applicable Code (2019 CBC).
Due to the alteration/improvement (structural improvement) of the existing building, accessibility requirement shall be complied with Section 11B-202.
On the plan, please show/provide “path of travel” information in compliance with Section 11B-202.4.
Show accessible parking space(s) and accessible route from the accessible parking to the building primary entrance.
