Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714) 573-6100). - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). - County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714) 433-6000).All architectural drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect.Show and identify property lines on the plot plan.Show unit or space number of the proposed tenant (studio kitchen) on the drawing title block and supporting document.Add note to the scope: change of occupancy from dining area (A-2) to classroom (B).Indicate the occupancy group to B, M, A2, and R2 for the total building occupancy on plan.Posting of Occupant Loads in the classroom area (CBC 1004.9): Any room used that is used for an assembly purpose shall have the capacity of the room posted in a conspicuous place on an approved sign near the main exit or exit-access doorway.Show clearance with dimensions. Recessed doors maneuvering clearances for forward approach shall be provided when any obstruction within 18” of the latch side at an interior doorway, measured perpendicular to the face of the door or gate.
