Update sheet index on sheet PV-1.0 to include all sheet information.
Per sheet PV-6.4, the EcoDesigner report is not for construction. Update this sheet with the final design for construction. Also see item #4 for design requirements.
Submit (2) copies of ballast design and anchorage to roof framing by a license professional engineer licensed in the State of California. The design shall comply with 2019 California Building Codeto support minimum wind and seismic force under the most critical load combination.
PC2: Per submitted report (page 2) by CBC and plan S-1, (2) seismic attachment to the roof structural is required for the system. Provide engineering design and detail for the attachment. Details shall be part of the drawings and stamped and signed by the licensed engineer.
The engineer of record, PVR engineering who is in responsible charge of the building structural design supporting the PV system shall provide a statement on the ballast design stating that he or she has reviewed and approved for loads, location, and suitability for intended use. Provide approval stamp with signature from the engineer or architect of record on the ballast design and anchorage to roof framing.
