Plans shall be prepared, signed, stamped and dated by a licensed architect, civil or structural engineer.Sheet ST1.0. Show the size, use, occupancy, and type of construction of the existing buildings on the site.Sheet ST1.0. On plan, clearly indicate the scope of work under this building permit application. Show number, type and weight of each equipment to be installed.Sheet ST1.0. Show location of the exterior equipment on the site plan. Per foundation plan, there are 4 new slabs. Justify those location will not interrupt the site accessible routes and site egress path. Please incorporate equipment specifications on plan, including dimensions, anchorage point and weight.Sheet ST1.1 and ST1.2. Specify footing depth on ALL concrete pad details showing embedment depth into the soils, measured from the pad grade.Sheet ST1.1 Detail 1.
