The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5839 or 647-5700).
Sheet 2G.12, 2A5.10, and 2A6.10. 1-hour fire partition and open protection is required between the mail room and the parcel room (next to elevator 1). Identify fire-rated wall on plan and revise design to provide opening protection. (CBC 1020.6)
Sheet 2G.12, 2A6.12, and 2A6.13. 1-hour fire barrier is required between yoga room (B occupancy) and club room 2 (A3 occupancy). Identify fire-rated wall on plan and reference fire rated wall assembly into the enlarged floor plan.
Sheet 2A6.12. Revise maximum occupant load number on the following occupancy sign:
Yoga: 16
Club 1: 67
Club 2: 44
