The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
Sheet A1: Handrail extension at the bottom landing – Please revise plan to show handrail continues at a distance of one tread plus the 12” horizontal extension.
Sheet A2: Please coordinate and revise elevation to show the revised handrail extension.
Sheet S1: Detail 8, handrail – Please show handrail edges with a minimum radius of 0.01 inch.
