Sheet TS. Revise scope of work to include new rooftop units into the scope of work description.Provide roof plan. Show location of the new roof-top-units, roof-screen details and distance to the building of each new roof units to locate the unit.Provide rooftop units’ specification on plan, including dimensions and, weight on plan. Preferably on the same drawing as roof plan.Show compliance on plan. Guards shall be provided where various components that require service are located within 10 feet (3048 mm) of a roof edge or open side of a walking surface and such edge or open side is located more than 30 inches (762 mm) above the floor, roof or grade below. The guard shall extend not less than 30 inches (762 mm) beyond each end of such components. Show common path of travel (<75 feet ) and travel distance (<250 feet). See redlines on plans. Per correction #12, there was an approved second exit. Please show on the plan.Sheet ST1.1. Provide additional exit signs by the restroom. The exit signs shall be readily visible from any direction of egress travel and clearly indicate the direction of egress travel. Design footing and its reinforcement tying new and existing concrete footing acting as one spread footing. It is inadequate to solely rely on the slab dowels to transfer the column load into new concrete added footing and distributed uniformly into bearing soils.Structural calculation page 2, page 4.
