Lyon Street;The general notes and details are essentially the same.Sheet CS-01: Provide architect signature on every architectural sheets.Sheet CS-01: City of Santa Ana issues separate permits based on disciplines: architectural and structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and grading. This review includes architectural and structural only. Please remove the civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing sheet numbers under Sheet Index. Sheet CS-01: Civil drawings may be included For Reference Only. Public Works Agency is responsible for reviewing and approving the grading plans with a separate permit. For-Reference-Only civil drawings implies an approved building plan is not an approved grading plan.Sheet CS-01: Under Parking Tabulations, please specify the number of accessible van parking space provided. For three provided standard accessible parking spaces, at least one van accessible space shall be provided. In addition, specify the accessible van parking space on the site plan.Sheet CS-01: Under Plumbing Fixture Calculation, the footnote states:” Water stations provided in lieu of drinking fountains at coffee area counter.” This is not an acceptable substitute for drinking fountains. CPC Section 415.2 provides alternative for the drinking fountain requirements. However, this section only applies where food is consumed indoors. An office area is not intended for food consumptions.Sheet CS-07 on the 922 S. Lyon St. Building: The travel distances appear to be underestimated. The distance from gridline G1 to the exterior door along grid line A is about 210 feet. The distance from gridline G1 to the exterior wall along grid line G is about 214 feet. Both travel travel-distances exceed the maximum allowable travel distance per CBC Table 1017.2. Please measure the travel distances more accurately and revise the design as necessary.Please address all corrections above. The redline set of plan is available but not required to be picked up. There are no additional comments from the redline plans. (END)
