The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
Plans shall be signed and dated by the engineer of record. Apply to all sheets.
Sheet A-2: Sidelight window D and bathroom window C and E – Please specify tempered glass.
Sheet S-2: Roof framing – Please provide/show post supporting the 4x8 hips over the laundry room and bathroom, and reference detail 6/S3 to it.
Detail 1/S-3: Please revise detail to provide minimum 8” concrete standoff between the exposed earth/ground and wood post.
Unpermitted works to be removed adjacent to the existing garage
Please provide floor for the existing garage. Show any work that will be reinstall to the original condition.
Provide structural frames and details for existing garage where existing wall and roof frames were altered due to the illegal addition.
Separate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing permits are required for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing works.
