All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. should be submitted to expedite the process.

Indicate U-factor, RSHGC value and VT number on the new storefront detail #1. New glazed storefront shall comply with performance requirement in 2019 California Energy Code.STRUCTURALProvide HUD14 anchorage detail demonstrating transferring the uplift force into the concrete footing to support 11.4 kips uplift force. Detail 3/S200 seems for new concrete footing which does not match foundation plan.Provide structural calculation, design and details for the awing connection to the exterior wall.
