The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. 1-hour fire-barrier walls between clubroom and lobby and between business room and lobby are required. (707). Openings shall be protected and fire-rated as required. (716). For example, on sheet I-101, plan shows non-rated openings and non-rated partitions between clubroom and lobby and between business room and lobby have not complied with corridor and area separation requirements. Please coordinate with the architectural plans to update the relevant interior design and drawings.Add note to cover sheet: interior wall and ceiling finish schedule shall be in compliance with CBC Section 803 and CBC Table 803.13.Incorporate CBC 803 code requirements into the drawings.
