Second Review Comments:Please revise the occupancy group in Suite A to Mercantile (M). The floor areas does not add-up to the total footprint of the building: 1,624 S.F + 2,233 S.F. = 3,387 S.F. The building footprint indicates 3,891 S.F.There are two floor-area numbers shown on Suite A. Is the floor area 1,624 S.F. or 2,245 S.F.?First Review Comment:A sticky note is attached on the title sheet. It states:” Additional Bathrooms with standard ADA requirements will be required along with separate electrical metering for the new suite B”. The city is requiring plumbing fixture calculations, bathroom accessibility design, and electrical metering design to be provided on this permit.Second Review Comment: Sheet A-4 shows a new reconfiguration for the electrical room for Suite B; the design is acceptable for the separate electrical-metering requirement. The Building Official is requiring plumbing fixture calculations and bathroom accessibility design to be included as part of this submittal. Sheet A-2Enlarge texts on the site plan. The notes are illegible.Erase “AREA OF WORK” on the site plan and on the aerial map.Suite A and B must have its own independent ingress and egress path. Show the accessible Path of Travel from the accessible parking space to the entrance of suite A and B.Sheet A-3First Review Comment:Label each room throughout the plan.Second Review Comment: Label the rooms near the bathroom and the largest room in suite B.The floor plan shows stairways. Provide the second-floor plan for reference. In addition, Project Information on sheet A-1 indicates a one-story building. Is this a one or two story building?Show the door location south of the male and female restrooms.Provide note on the existing demising wall:” Existing one-hour fire rated wall to be verified in field.”Show electrical metering room in suite A and suite B. It appears the existing electrical room in suite B is missing on plan. Each suite shall have its own access to electrical, disconnect, circuit breakers…etc.First Review Comment:Provide accessible bathroom design and details per comment number 7.Second Review Comment: Same as the second review comment on #7.Additional Comments:Sheet A-1: Include sheet A5, A6, and A7 under Drawing Index.Sheet A-4 & A6: For this Spec. suite submittal, please show only the reconfiguration in electrical rooms and the accessible restrooms. Per your first submittal request, the tenant improvement will be reviewed as a separate submittal.(END)
