- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)All sheets. Provide project address on the title block on each sheet: “1935 E Seventeenth St, suite C, Santa Ana, CA. 92705”.The license of the professional engineer has been expired. Provide valid expiration date of the engineering license, wet stamp and wet signature on each sheet.Sheet A.100. Identify the following on the site plan:Lot lines enclosing the property.North arrowAccessible parking stalls (CBC 11B-208, 11B-502)Sheet A.200. Clarify on plan if tables and chairs are provided on the space #105 and #106. If not, provide notes on plan to clarify. However, if tables and chairs are provided, please update the occupant load calculation based on 15 occ/sf. AND provide at least 5% of the seating space to be accessible. Detail accessible seating on plan.Provide a hard nonabsorbent floor and wall surface such as, concrete, ceramic tile, etc., in all bathrooms.
