Apply to all sheets. Detectable warning (truncated dome) are not required in the parking lot at the access aisle. Please coordinate and revise plans. Accessible route connection from the public sidewalk to the building: Please provide accessible path through the landscape area (48” cut through) – connection at the driveway approach is insufficient. Detectable warning will required at the cut-through landscape area. Provide detail for the new concrete curb ramp. Provide detail for truncated dome. Sheet A-3: On the plan, please clearly show / identify the location of the roof repair. On the roof framing plan, please clearly show which headers are to be removed and replace. Provide lateral resisting elements along the covered walkway. Trash enclosure: Please imprint the trash enclosure onto the plan. Taped-on are not allowed. Provide construction details for CMU trash enclosure walls and footing. Trash enclosure: Please clarify whether there is roof cover over the trash enclosure? If roof cover is provided, the wall adjacent to the property line must be extended to the underside of roof. Provide structural calculation and details for CMU wall exceeding 6-ft. height.
