Sheet A-1.0: On the plan, please provide Wall Legend for all wall type to identify existing walls vs. new walls. On the plan, please specify the floor area of the new cooler. One-hour construction assembly is required for the cooler, if the building is not equipped with Automatic Fire Sprinkler. (Table 509) Please provide construction details for the new cooler, including wall and ceiling. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Provide structural calculation as necessary. Sheet A-8.0: Enlarged Ramp: Please show dimensions for the ramp. A 5-ft clear maneuver space is required for the door on the pull side of door; and 6-ft landing is required at the bottom of the ramp. Please provide/show handrails on both sides of ramp. Sheet S-1.1: On the plan, please specify the maximum weight of the equipment. Please revise anchorage detail to provide minimum 10” embedment per structural analysis. (End of Comment)
