Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 3corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)4thReview Comment: Responses were incomplete. The following comments remain applicable and being modified based on the revised plans: Sheet TS: Project Scope – For clarity, please revise scope of work to include the mechanical attic platforms using for mechanical equipment only. 2nd Floor: Please revise plans to show/provide a corridor connection the circulation hallway to the second stairway. 2nd Floor: Please move door S closer to the bottom of the page go give enough separation from the door way D. Stairways: Please revise plans to provide 44” width stairway for both stairways. Coordinate and revise enlarged stairway plan and floor dimensions plans. Stairway 25/A7.3: Please revise detail to show/provide handrail extension horizontally of 12” in the direction of travel. (End Comment)
