Per plan check comments on the “100 S Elk St”-101105148, the patio cover at the lot line requires redesign to comply with building code “Fire-separation-distance” requirement. Please update the patio information (e.g. size, location…) to be consistent with 100 S Elk St on the relevant sheets after redesigning that patio. Please update the site plans and any relevant plans.
