The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
-Orange County Health Department (714) 433-6074Remove the note “Not for construction” on the title block on all sheets.Obtain building permit and provide structuralcalculation and plans for:6’ high Spa wall next to the spa. Refer to sheet LC.1 note #1.3 and LCD.10.Truss structure. Refer to sheet LC.1 note #3.1 and LCD.9.Add the above item to the scope of work on the cover sheet of the drawings.Special Inspections (1704): The Registered Design Professional shall include a “Statement of Special Inspections” on the plans. Provide complete inspection program & list on the Title Sheet.
