In the Northeast bedroom, clarify if a new wall and new hallway is created. This wall is not shown on the existing floor plan, but it shows existing on the proposed floor plan. Please clarify. Refer to shear wall design RB1 and RC1. Provide dimensions on the key plan to clarify the tributary area: Ry1: 7.5 feet, Ry2: 7.5 feet and Ry3: 7.5 feet. Please include the roof overhang into tributary area. Foundation plan. Provide sill plate anchor detail into the existing concrete footing on all shear wall retrofit location and cross-reference into the foundation plan at the applicable location.
