Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet T1.0: Scope of work: Scope of work described on plan appeared incomplete – Please review and revise scope of work to include the following: Shell tenant improvement (T.I) for unit A, F, G, H, and I with new single user restroom. 2nd Review Comment: MEP are under a separate plan review. Please revise scope of work to clearly specify “shell tenant improvement for unit A through I”. Scope of work: Item #3 and 4 – Electrical and mechanical are under separate permit application and review. Please omit item #3 and #4 from plan. 2nd Review Comment: Please Scope of work item #3 and 4 – please omit or note “Under Separate Review”. Sheet A1.0: 2nd Review Comment: Please omit/remove the front trellis structure from plan. The rear metal canopy and loading dock will be submitted under a separate permit application. Please coordinate and revise plan to reflect with the permit application and scope of work. Demo plan: Please show existing walls to be removed at the rear of suite #A. Please provide floor plan and detail for existing restroom to show compliance with the accessible requirement per current code. New CMU wall between storage warehouse: Please provide fire-wall termination at roof details. Detail shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Structural Review Comment: 2nd Review Comment: The rear metal canopy and loading dock will be submitted under a separate permit application. Please coordinate and revise plan reflect with the permit application and scope of work. Remove/omit information that do not apply to this permit application as necessary. Detail 5/S-4: Please verify whether positive connection between masonry wall and roof diaphragm is required for the new exterior mason wall. Detail B & C on sheet S-5: Please show/explain how the new CMU wall is supported for out-of-plan loads at top of wall. Revise detail as necessary. Detail A on sheet S-5: Please provide/show positive connection between lower roof to CMU wall.
