Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet A008 & A009: Accessibility requirement is not part of this plan review based on the scope of work “installation of a mechanical unit”. Please omit/remove the accessible plan sheets or note “FOR REFERENCE ONLY”. Sheet A010 & A011: Please note “FOR REFERENCE ONLY”.Sheet S201: Keynote #11, 12, 13 – building permit is required for the new roof top units. Please coordinate and revise scope of work and permit application. Otherwise, remove from plan. Sheet S201: Keynote #14, 15, 16 – Please revise permit application and job description to include the proposed (new) roof top units. Additional plan check fee may be required.
