Note on plan: Every Cannabis Business shall implement adequate ventilation system and odor control filtration measures to prevent odors from inside the cannabis facility from being detected outside the cannabis facility, to include building and the unit. A licensed Mechanical engineer shall design the system that is capable of preventing odors from inside the cannabis facility from being detected outside the cannabis facility. The design of the ventilation and filtration system shall be based on industry-specific best control technologies and best management practices to effectively mitigate cannabis odors.Note on plan: Applicant is required to submit Automatic Fire Sprinkler plans directly to Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) for review and approval. Sheet A1.1: The accessible parking located adjacent to the property line (west side) did not comply with the code. Please relocate accessible parking stall so that the person parking the car does not require to travel behind the other vehicles. Accessible parking stalls: Please provide details, including dimensions, marking and signage, of accessible parking stalls and clearly cross-reference onto the plan. On the plan, please show/provide detectable warning and curb ramp where it occurred. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Areas provided with vehicular gates: Please show/provide pedestrian gates for means of egress continuation to the public right of way without any obstruction. On the plan, please provide/specify all the suites number within the building (first and second). Please coordinate with Planning Division for addressing. Sheet A0.4: Second floor: Please remove note indicate kitchen. Please note on plan “no cooking appliances shall be provided”. Second floor: If the dining area and lounge area are intended for employee use, please remove the term “dining area” and label it as “Employee Break Room Lounge”. Otherwise, an accessible route is required to the second floor. First floor: Please show location of second exit access stairway located at the parking and show an unobstructed path of travel to the public right of way. Second Floor exit door (E202) to the stairway: minimum 35.2” clear is required – please specify door size and make sure the door is complied with the required width. Stairway width calculation: There was a typo for the required width. Please coordinate and revise accordingly. Second floor: On the plan, please clearly show suites number for separate suites and clearly show the demising walls. Steps in hallway: Please provide an accessible ramp complying with section 11B-405 for at the change in elevation at the hallway. Provide details and clearly cross-reference onto the plan. (11B-206.2.4)Steps between break room and office area: Please provide an accessible ramp comply with Section 11B-405. Second floor: Exit door from break room adjacent to door E202 – Please relocate door so that it will provide minimum 48” as door in series. First Floor: Please show exit door at the main entry swing outward (in the direction of egress travel). Sheet A2.1 & A2.2: Reminder: Please coordinate with revised egress plan for the required changes. Referenced detail 1/A8.1: accessible toilet compartment – Pleas relocate compartment door so that a 60” maneuver space is provided on the pulling side of door. Second Floor Restroom: Please provide women restroom floor plan to show restroom to be accessible to the person with disabilities. Pleas show restroom in compliance with 11B, Division 6. First Floor Restrooms: Please provide restroom plans to show restroom complying with Chapter 11B, Division 6 for accessibility requirement. On the plan, please clearly reference to sheet A9.1 for door schedule. Show second exit access stairway, located at the parking garage. Coordinate with second floor flor correct location. Interior steps: Please provide handrails complying with Section 1014 and 11B-505. The handrails shall be placed along the most direct path of egress travel. Sheet A6.1: Please revise plan to show new roof top unit to match with roof framing plan sheet ST-1. Sheet A9.1: Please provide the following notes on plan for door hardware: Egress doors/gates shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort. (1010.1.9) Openable parts of such hardware shall be 34 inches minimum and 44 inches maximum above the finish floor or ground. The force for pushing or pulling open a door shall be 5-lb maximum. Operable parts shall be operable with one hand and shall not require tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist.Sheet A10.1: Please clearly cross-reference onto the plan and delete detail that does not apply to the project.
