The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). Indicate ceiling height on plan. Indicate new siding material in the building elevation on plan. Note on plans: “Shower compartments and bathtubs with installed shower heads shall be finished with a nonabsorbent surface that exceeds to a height of not less than 6 feet above floor.” Provide building envelope design complying with 2019 California Energy Code. Incorporate CF-1R pages into the drawings. Indicate window performance (maximum U-factor and SHGC value) on plan. Indicate insulation within building envelope (Minimum R-value) on plan. Compared with previous photo and submitted plan, the existing structural of the East-West exterior walls are altered due to the unpermitted door (not shown on the photo) and unpermitted (2) new windows (per plan). Provide structural calculation for new openings and lateral force resisting system on the East-West direction of the exterior wall. Provide structural framing and foundation plans, structural connection details and calculations stamped, signed and dated by a licensed civil or structural engineer. END OF COMMENTS
