First Plan Check Comment:This building is located at 519 W 3rd St (APN 398-221-27) and proposed crossing lot line extending into the adjacent lot (APN 398-221-26) which is not permitted. (e.g. exercise area and part of the building)
Second Plan Check Comment: As a condition of approval, the building owner shall file a copy of the Lot Tie Covenant prior to the issuance of the building permit.
Third Plan Check Comment:Please let me know when we will receive the Lot Tie Covenant.
Fourth Plan Check Comment: Please provide the Lot Tie Covenant before June 18, 2022. This plan check will expire on June 19, 2022.
