The patio structure shall meet the opening limitation and type of construction per CBC Table 601, Table 602 and CBC Section 705.2. Revise plan to provide minimum 10 feet fire separation distance from the property line to the face of the nearest columns and minimum 5 feet from the property line to the edge of the roof overhang/covering.
